Overview
About Me
Hey guys, I‘m Johanna, but you can call me Jo:)
I just spend one year in India, where I teached English in government schools⚡️Now I’m going to medical college ☺️
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
It‘s a great place to get in touch with cool people and hear all the stories of other travelers and make new memories together! Even in a country like India it is special in many ways to meet such open-minded people who offer you their home and their trust, which is very precious:)
Interests
I enjoy doing yoga, dancing, fitness and like to try out new sport and movements all the time:)
At home I played the viola and sang, so I love doing music and want to learn to play the guitar soon⚡️
Besides that I’m into cooking healthy fancy meals and of course eating them ✨
I simply love meeting new people on the way and to learn about different cultures and ways of living!
Always up for cool adventures💫

Music, Movies, and Books
about time, harry potter, lost horizon; i really like reading poems and I try to write my own ones:)
I also like to read non-fiction books and political and feministic books, like how not to die, the gift of anger and many other great ones, like Sprache und Sein, Das Buch der Freude ( Dalai Lama) or Bhagavad Gita
I also read a lot of books about Yoga and want to become a yoga teacher in the future:)
Then all kinds of netflix series, always happy about new suggestions so feel free to share your tips:)
Also enjoy watching documentaries about interesting topics , like veganism :)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I was waiting at a bus stop in india for the bus to mumbai. I think everyone who has been to India knows what struggles there can be to find the right bus or train. Suddenly a woman crossed the street, walked over to me and asked me if she could help me. In the first place I was very confused and didn’t knew if I could really trust her, but in the end she showed me the bus I had to get in and since I still had some time she took me to her home and I met her whole family! Now we’re close friends and I admire her hospitality! ✨
What I Can Share with Hosts
I would love to cook food for you, teach you some languages or just have a nice discussion about politics or whatever topic seems interesting for you:)
I can teach you some yoga asanas or just put on some music and dance together✨
