Overview
About Me
Life for me would be empty without art, travel, and wine. I started painting after studying art history, but enjoy creating in almost any form: pottery, sewing, singing, wood-working, screen-printing, dancing... Something good to drink goes well with any of those, or with conversation (especially in Spanish).
I'm an extrovert though, and never hesitate to spend time with friends or go out to make new ones. Portland has been a great place for going on a hike, climbing a mountain, or riding down the coast. But I yearn to explore away from home, especially Latin America.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I much prefer the idea of staying with people who are passionate about where they live rather than going on a pub crawl with a bunch of kids. Having traveled with Milan and couchsurfed in Mexico City, I've seen just how much better of an experience it is.
