I am Jo, 31 years old and from Germany.
I'm using Couchsurfing because for me its the best posibility to get to know a country and the people. I don't like to jump from one hostel to another and don't meet anybody that is living in the country while traveling..
I have already had many great experiences in Europe and Chile in the couchsurfing community, and some of the people that I met became good friends of mine 😊.

For example, I hitchhiked to Barcelona and met a lot of great people via this app. Its so nice, that people open their private homes to share their lives and cultures.

I'm a very open and helpful person, I love discussing politicd late into night over a beer or a wine and I love cooking. I also really enjoy being in nature like long hiking tours with a tent or horse rides :)
In summertime I really enjoy the festival and outdoor-rave scene in germany.
And actually I'm always up for having a beer in a nice bar.

The last months I traveled through Chile and I started learning spanish there, so I'm really happy about practising spanish at any time🙃
