Hola amigos and welcome to my profile :)

I am Johanna, 28 years old and living in the city of Berlin. I work as an evironmental engineer, wich gives me a lot of fulfilent. People describe me as quite an enthusiastic, curious, empathetic and easygoing person. I am not a huge fan of small talk and prefer to learn something about the peroson I am talking with or some other interesting things, such as politics or social cirumstances.

When I am on vacation, I love to spend a lot of time outdoors, since it is a nice contrast to my urban live in Berlin. I love going hiking, kayaking, doing bonfires, chatting until falling asleep, beeing happy about all the little flowers and cute animals, sleeping in tents, biking and climbing. It gives me a lot of head space. Apart from that, I also enjoy playing boardgames, going dancing, visiting museums, singing, cooking and other ocasions where I am surrounded by nice people. But in the last year i also learned how to enjoy to life my best grandma-live, doing face masks, reading and going to bed at 9pm without feeling FOMO :D

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I love the idea of couchsurfing as it provides options to travel, with less regards to the income. I enjoy the hospitability in the community so much, as it makes me feel very connected.

And I need a little bit of adventure from time to time, meeting so many people outside of my bubble and not knowing entirely who I am staying with, gives me the thrill I need :D

Furthermore, I like guets a lot, so thats a great reason for hosting! If you happen to stay at my place, I prefer to spend some time and I´ll try everything to make you feel like home :)
