I am Johanna, 25 years old and living in the city of Berlin. I am a quite enthusiastic, curious, bubbly and easygoing person and like meeting new people alot. I am not a huge fan of small talk and prefer to learn something about the peroson I am talking with or some other interesting things, such as politics or social cirumstances.

I just finnished my studies and am about to start working as a environmental engineer soon. I really love nature, animals and most outdoor sports, such as hiking, climbing or biking. Therefore, sustainability is a big topic for me and I am trying to adopt my lifestyle as best as possible, without compromising on my other passions, such as travelling. So couchsurfing and and hitchhiking are perfect options for that :D

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love the idea of couchsurfing as it provides options to travel, with less regards to the income. I enjoy the hospitability in the community so much, as it makes me feel very connected.

And I need a little bit of adventure from time to time, meeting so many people outside of my bubble and not knowing entirely who I am staying with, gives me the thrill I need :D

Furthermore, I like guets a lot, so thats a great reason for hosting! If you happen to stay at my place, I prefer to spend some time and I´ll try everything to make you feel like home :)
