Overview
About Me
I'm originally from Berlin, studied in Tübingen, Bayreuth, South Africa, Berlin and Rome Philosophy and Economics as well as Public Policy and work in labour politics. I have a lot of freckles and a nose piercing.
I do love laughing and dancing and singing in my choir. I think I'm a good cook but I hate grocery shopping. I'm a music addict, I really enjoyed working in a bar, I like jogging and skateboarding. I like good books and good coffee. I like exhibitions and taking photographs by myself. I love going to concerts, meeting friends, getting to know new people - but I also enjoy spending time by myself, wandering through a city and finding new places.
Favorite drink at the time: espresso, water without gas, gin sour
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I always like to get in touch with people from the place I'm traveling to, to see the city through their eyes and have a good drink and a good conversation. I just in general like to meet new people.
Interests
I love reading books and the newspaper and having a good coffee with that. Within the weekly paper I liked most the Feuilleton and the politics part. I studied Philosophy and Economics and politics, so I'm definitely interested in all three of them. Philosophy wise I like political philosophy and ethics. On the Economic side I do like labour economics and behavioral economics and in politics my interest is in gender and labour policy.
I love debating serious topics and fooling around likewise.
I am interested in learning new stuff - right now I just learned a new card game and how to fix my bike properly.
I like being active and in nature, and I am super interested in music and art.

Music, Movies, and Books
I do listen to music a lot, actually - i love to really listen and not having music just in the background. Genre depends on my mood and on the daytime. Right now I enjoy Flofilz and biig piig (Jazzy hip hop) a lot.
The last books I really liked are the graphic novel Maus as well the "Cat Person" which is a collective of short stories. An all time favorite is "Die Schachnovelle" by Stefan Zweig.
One of my favorite movies is definitely "Beginners". Also "Only lovers left alive" is great. Also "120 bpm" is worth every minute . One of my favorite TV Shows is "Suburra", also because I love the roman accent in Italian.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Let's talk about that when we meet!
Teach, Learn, Share
Knowledge about the places I lived in. Cooking an d making drinks, discussions about almost everything.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'm easy to talk to and I like discussions a lot, I'm a good cook (at least thats what my friends tell me) and always up for learning new things about a place, to see new corners. And I'm a positive, happy smiling person.
