About Me
CURRENT MISSION
See the world and show travelers my own little world.
ABOUT ME
I would describe myself as open minded and introverted at the same time. I love just watching a situation or listening to others. That doesn't mean that I am not interested in a conversation! I love to talk and when I feel comfortable I start to joke and I won't be shy at all. I love to have no plans and to decide every day spontaneously what I could do, thats why I love backpacking. On the other hand, I feel good having a safe place back home, I love to study and to give German classes. I think a good balance between spontaneous adventures and daily routine makes my life interesting. I can party five days in a row without much sleep (I love festivals!) but sometimes I also like just being lazy for a whole weekend. And lazy means REALLY lazy!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I surfed all across Canada and hosted some lovely people back in Germany. I also surfed a lot in my own country, it‘s the best way to get in touch with the world in your own comfort zone!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I started couchsurfing in Seattle and Canada and I loved it! It made my trip unforgettable because of the amazing people I met. Hosting is also great, I love to show people around and to welcome like-minded travelers.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love reading books and watching movies. I'm a bit into French movies/books but I enjoy watching/reading almost any genre. Recently I started to read scandinavian thrillers.
My favourite german author is Hermann Hesse.
Music... I don't know.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I hitchhiked across Canada!
Kayaking in Newfoundland next to whales and then jumping in the cold Atlantic ocean for a swim underneath a waterfall.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you French! And of course German as well. One day, I will teach German abroad (that is my dream) so I would love to practice a bit and show you this beautiful language ;)
I could teach you how to knit socks, l would love to learn more about that, too.
I am always interested in learning new languages and I should practice my Spanish!
I love to cook and I would love to share some knowledge about veggie food.
