About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Discover new places and cultures, sketch, meet people.

ABOUT ME

I am an illustrator, passionate about arts (dance, music, theatre, ...) I will never travel without my sketchbook. I love to discover new places and to connect with people. I love nature. I love to learn. Learn from everything I do, from every person I meet, from everything I see.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I don't see the point of travelling if it's to stay in a hotel and do well-organised activities. I like to wander and draw what catches my eye. I hope to meet people who know the place I am visiting and who are happy to share their knowledge with me.

Interests

I love arts. All types of art. From painting, to cinema, to dance, music, drawing, photography, literature, sculpture, architecture, comics, ... and more!
And I love nature! Going for a long walk along the sea or in the mountains is one of my favourite things to do!

Movies: La Vie d'Adèle, Into The Wild, Intouchable, Woody Allen, The Perfume, Sherlock Holmes, Belle et Sébastien (all my childhood!) and I still really enjoy a Disney once in a while!

Music: Passenger, Stu Larsen, 2Cellos, Coldplay, Michael Jackson, classical music, ...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One amazing thing I've done? That is a very difficult question. Amazing things happen to me, that's for sure, but they're not necessarily things I've done... I guess I could answer with this:
When I was 15 I decided to fly all the way from France to California, on my own, to visit the American boyfriend I had at the time. And I did. We broke up during the week I was there but somehow what I remember most from it is how such a great trip it was!! San Francisco by night, the Californian sun, baseball games, busy high schools, life in an American family, walks in Sacramento, ... I think it's the trip that made me want to travel even more and proved to me that I was capable of travelling on my own.

Teach, Learn, Share

"Teach. Learn. Share." What a wonderful project!
I'll do my best to teach you everything I know.
Now could you please all teach me everything you know? I can't wait!

What I Can Share with Hosts

My kindness, a genuine smile, my knowledge of the arts, some stuff about the countries I visited and the people I met, ... Maybe I can cook you a (hopefully good) meal!! I'm especially good at making pancakes. ;)
