taking a time off from my job for making music, travel to the USA to follow the "blues-landmarks"

ABOUT ME

Generally i´m a happy person, open minded and easy going. i admire good storys, good music, and everything that comes from the heart. i love traveling for it is widening my horizon and life gets more intense on travels.
i am also a family person, having a good relationship with my 2 brothers and my parents. i love to cook, in summer i am helping my brother in the kitchen of his pub at the lake.
Although i am a speech and language therapist, i took 2 years off from my work at the hospital, to try to live from my real passion - singing.
i am singer in a skiffle and blues band, also playing with a guitarist from england original stuff, but all in all i love the blues and american folk music.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love the whole idea of CS, because it is a non-profit organisation, only held alive by its members. then of course, because i like to travel and meet people, and i always discovered, that the best way to get to know a country is, when you know a local that shows you around. i am also proud of the place i live in, so i want to show it to people and be a good host :-)
