I'm a 22 year old girl from Hamburg, Germany. As I have two nationalities (German and Finnish) I've been always impacted by two different cultures and was fascinated about all the little differences. When getting older I wanted to see more places around the world and get to know as many locals as possible to learn more about their culture.

After finishing my high school degree I moved to Sweden for a few months and afterwards worked in Australia for a couple of months, before starting to travel the country, deciding day for day where I wanted to wake up the next day.

During my travels I got fascinated with all the kinds of people I met and decided that I would like to start a Psychology Bachelor. This lead me to the beautiful city of Groningen in the northern part of the Netherlands where I‘ve been living for the past four years.

While I love traveling alone, some time ago during my studies in the Netherlands I met my boyfriend Jo and since then we’ve enjoyed traveling together and are exited to discover new places.

I am a open minded person that loves to meet new people and if you are willing to offer me (or occasionally us) your couch for a few nights and maybe even give me some insider tips where to go in your hometown I will be more than happy.

Water seems to have an almost magical influence on me, drawing me to it in every possible way, which has led to me not only falling in love with sailing, kayaking and swimming, but recently I‘ve also started diving and am looking forward to all the new territories that I can explore this way.

As a longterm vegetarian I'm used to cook for myself and absolutely love to play around with all the spices and herbs the world has to offer.
