About Me

I have always been keen on getting to know not just places but people - I love hearing their stories, struggles and getting to know them as I travel.

Have lived in Germany, Israel and Canada and always am on the hunt for unique experiences, cool people and obviously a couch to crash!

Things I like:
- Thrift Shopping
- Photography
- Electronic Music & DJing
- Biking and bikepacking
- Martial Arts, especially Muay Thai
- Vegan Food
- Outdoors
- Dogs
- Sustainability
- My Oldtimer Campervan (VW T4 California)
- Cracking Jokes

Pretty proud of myself for continuously writing a diary since roughly 3 years.

Currently looking for an idea to found a GreenTech startup and leverage my energy to fight climate change with innovation.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Its a great tool to engage with people beyond the superficiality of hotels and airbnbs.

Also and - and obviously - it allows me to travel on a budget!

Interests

traveling, thaiboxing, techno music, nature, politics

Music, Movies, and Books

Music:

Basically anything. Mostly Techno but I have gotten into Country Music, Old School Rock, German Gangster Rap and Bavarian Folk - I am down to anything and will be able to show you quite a bit of interesting sound!

Books:

Yuval Harari has blown my mind. Try to read many philosphical and psychological books to self-improve (Mark Mason, Leon Windscheidt....)

Movies:

Mostly watch (short) documentaries on youtube tbh (:

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

While bikepacking the US Westcoast:

Having breakfast in a diner with my dad and brothers.

Poor looking family on the table next to us left before we were finished.

When we wanted to pay, the waitress said that our food is paid for. We couldnt believe it but this family has paid for our food without even engaging with us.

Taught me once again to never judge a book by its cover!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you DJing basics, German, share stories from my travels (50 Countries) and help with anything you might have coming up!

I wanna learn more about Buddhism and Music Production - if you are a pro here, even better!

What I Can Share with Hosts

Weird stories and deeply philosophical discussions over bottles of wine.

Countries I’ve Visited

Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Cuba, England, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Morocco, Netherlands, Russian Federation, Scotland, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, United States

Countries I’ve Lived In

Canada, Germany, Israel
