I am looking for a way to open a new type of school somewhere on earth to meet the need for excellent results without deadly stress (Yes it is possible)

I am a German engineer interested in unusual conversations with anyone about education and knowledge.
I intend to found a school somewhere on earth. I do prefer democratic states though, but China with its transition towards freedom is an option.

I am interested in just about anything, as I always look at the learning aspect of things which is naturally a common factor of all of them.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like classical music, reaggae, but also listen to the charts from time to time. I am open for anything.
I am reading technical books as well as tales of personal experiences.
I like to watch documentaries.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've learned that anyone could be a genious. I've seen so far two of them and can tell you how to meet your own genius. A genius is the normal state of mind, mozart, einstein, newton are the normal case, we including me are the exception. Come and visit me, or invite me I'll teach you.

Teach, Learn, Share

That is just about one part of my way to teach. Everyone is a teacher and everyone is a student, just as stated here. This is natural to human beings. If you like to learn how to learn 500 vocabularies a day, come and visit me. Of course I can teach German, but can also help with any other language, or how to get around your fear (if you have one) of mathematics or science.
