Hello everyone out there!

My girlfriend Anya and me decided to leave our 'comfort zone' (a life in Berlin City) to travel a part of the world for around 2 years.
Because I stayed for one year in Australia before (and felt in love with it straight away) we decided to go there first and were enjoying this year as backpackers.

We just finished traveling southeast Asia and arrived in New Zealand last November for another stunning and stirring year of work and travel.
We're being grateful for every day we can spent together in each of those special and unique countrys of the southern hemisphere.

We are excited about which adventures will come next as well as the storys and pictures we’ll keep and take with us.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing is a great opportunity to get in touch with different people and being able to having a couch for a short stay. Dosen't matter if you're an local or traveler like we are.

Exchange, respect, trust, helpfulness, fun, being open minded and pushing own boundaries are the characteristics we live and we would like to share.

We think CS is a good place for people who think the same way.

And most of our former CS Hosts became good friends of us what kind of makes us proud. Because it's a good feedback what shows us that we're doing good in what we like to do and how we are.

Music, Movies, and Books

Anya loves reading books but i'm not patient enough to read a hole book to be honest.
But I always enjoy reading comics or specialised literature.

I’m used to spent a lot of my free time in making and producing music.
I played drums in different bands for many years.

Watching movies is always good fun especially in a premiere- or independent cinema with original sync (what is unusual in Germany)!
In terms of the movie genre are we pretty much open minded.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've managed to convince Anyas and my hole family that it's a good idea to leave everything and everyone for at least 2 years to travel OZ and NZ. :D
