ABOUT ME

I enjoy getting out there and experiencing the unusual. The older I get the more I feel drawn out there to go see the world. When I'm not travelling I optimize websites, play bass and roam the mountains whenever I can.
I seem to get along with a large variety of people and am always happy to make friends and share thoughts and experiences.

PHILOSOPHY

Live and let live.

I do have strong opinions but I have no interest in forcing them on anyone who does not wish to hear them. I don't believe different opinions about political or social issues should stand between people.

🏞️🇮🇸 Hiked across Landmannalaugar in Iceland (Google it, you won't regret it!)
👩‍🏫🇿🇦 Taught history at a boys' High School in Cape Town, South Africa
🛣️🇹🇷🇲🇽 Hitchhiked over 6'000 km across wonderful Turkey and Mexico

I can cook some Swiss food if you are interested. In my work life I'm an online marketing consultant (mostly SEO, for the nerds among you) so if you run any business or fun project online and would like some advice I'm happy to share what I know.
