Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far I've had several people over as a host, and I can honestly say that I never had any negative experiences! So far all people were very friendly, respectful, and just wanted to have fun. I surfed myself just once so far, where the host was everything a host is supposed to be :)

Interests

I love to travel of course, and furthermore I like to just hang out with my friends. Additionally I am lucky enough to have a job which I really like (bartender), with great co-workers.

Music, Movies, and Books

I am a big fan of music, and I can appreciate almost all genres. From 70's rock, to reggae, to blues, to dubstep, you name it! I also have a large movie collection, which shows a close resemblance to the IMDB top 250. When it comes to books I am currently reading all the books from the Jack Reacher series by Lee Child.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I just got back from my 6 months studying in Bratislava, Slovakia which was truly an amazing period. You get to meet so many people from different countries, and I had plenty of time to travel during the weekends and see a lot more of an area in Europe which is not very mainstream.

In addition, I currently have plans to take a gap-year after finishing my Bacehlor this summer, where I will first work for half a year and then go visit my friends all over Europe by racing bike. I am really looking forward to this, because I will see a large part of Europe in a way that is not common, and at the same time I will test my physical abilities to the max.
