I come from the Norwegian countryside, and currently live in Oslo. Work as a consultant on the boundary between IT and engineering, developing engineer tools in the oil and gas industry.

Interests

In my spare time I like working out (running, swimming, cross country etc.), preparing food and drinks (e.g. beer brewing), drawing and working on side projects - usually IT-related.

I enjoy travelling, and pay particular attention to local food, drinks and culture when abroad.

Music, Movies, and Books

I prefer rock music, possibly with a touch of folk, but like different kinds of music based on current mood.

Thrillers, possibly psychological, are my favorite kind of movies. I prefer rather quiet films that has a certain nerve.

I like to read books set in a place where I am either planning to go, or have been visiting. John Steinbeck's books have been interesting reads recently.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I am a modest person, so this is hard to say.

I might give a running sightseeing, or share a bottle of homemade beer if I have been brewing recently. Otherwise knowledgeable of Norwegian culture and traditions.
