ABOUT ME

Hey there!

First of all, I'm totally new to this. Friends told me about how awesome CouchSurfing was so I decided to create my own profile as I headed to several European cities in summer 12' and wanted to combine it with all the pleasant benefits of CouchSurfing like getting to know new people! My first Couchsurfing Experience was great so I am really looking forward to host my first CouchSurfer!

I guess I'm very open, helpful and friendly, I love to share experiences with others and spend time together. My main passion is MUSIC. I've been playing the piano for 16 years by now and love to sing as well. Other than that I love to travel (obviously) and getting to know other cultures and languages. I have Austrian as well as Philippine roots - my Mom is from the Philippines.
I spent 5 months in Tours, France in 2009 so I'm almost fluent in French. France in general is one of my favorite countries all over! I love to talk English as well! My latest crush when it comes to languages would be Portuguese, I'm also planning on spending a semester in Brazil next year. Que legal!

Interests

I'm a music lover! I love listening, as well as performing music, since I'm a passionate singer and pianist.
I enjoy travelling a lot (it's basically what all my savings are being spent for haha)
My friends mean a lot to me - I'm very social so there's hardly a day where I don't spend time with them.
I love cooking!
And I'm proud to announce that I finally got to the point where I can say that I enjoy jogging ;) haha

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I took part in a German Casting Show (The Voice). It was a unique and great experience that I wouldn't want to miss!

I could teach you some German or French for sure! And I wouldn't hesitate to show you something on the piano if you asked :)
