About Me

CURRENT MISSION

For now (April - July 2024) I’m doing an internship in Mexico City. I can’t host anyone here but still love to travel around and meet up with interesting people from all around the world!

ABOUT ME

I’m cheerful and active, and (as most people on here) open-minded, curious, interested in seeing the world from a different perspective. I'm not quite good with self-descriptions, but if you really want to get to know me, here's me trying to get into more detail:

I enjoy spending hours and hours on trains, just reflecting, reading, listening some music or starring out of the window. I prefer being outside, soaking up the sun, doing sports (especially Volleyball, Workouts or Yoga) or just strolling around, getting to know new places. I am a person that needs to be surrounded by people, for most of the day. I love having intense, personal conversations. But when in a group, I often just seem rather quiet and observing. I’m not much of a morning person - the late night is the right time for me being full of zest for action. Also, I feel that I'm pretty straightforward, which could be uncomfortable for some. But I would never mean that in any negative way - I just prefer to be honest and appreciate others being so too. If you wanna know anything else about me, just ask:)

Originally Im from Austria where I lived most of my life. However, I’ve also been living in Madrid, Berlin, Paris and Mexico City so far and not yet sure what my next move will be:)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think Couchsurfing is an easy opportunity to create friendships with people from all over the world. Ever when I was staying with locals, I had a marvellous time, mostly better than when staying at hostels/hotels. That's why I rather invite my host for a meal or drinks, instead of spending money on conventional accommodations.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I just took another inhale-exhale. What an amazing thing!

Teach, Learn, Share

Well, I’m a native German-speaker and quite good with English. If you want to practice any of these languages, I’m happy to help. My Spanish is intermediate and would love to practice it with people, so hit me up if you wanna do a language exchange!

Other than that, I’m a big fan of cooking together and love to learn more about the culinary arts of the world.
