Hi! I'm a musician from Long Island, NY. I sing and actively tour in a band called Moon Tooth. When we're not on the road, I work at Garvies Point Museum and Preserve where I maintain forest trails and teach various lessons in earth science and early Native American history to school classes on field trips.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My band has some lengthy touring plans. I won't be home long enough in between tours to move in anywhere. I've had some friends who have tried couch surfing out and really enjoyed it so this seems like a perfect chance to try it out, see new places, make new friends, etc.

Music, Movies, and Books

A majority of what I listen to ends up being different kinds of indie rock, blues, and heavier rock. But I enjoy everything from classical to rap.

Books- Anything by Neil Gaiman. I usually end up reading fiction from the sci-fi/fantasy section. As for non-fiction, I love reading about philosophy and spirituality. Also I've been recently getting in to graphic novels.

In terms of movies, I'll watch mostly anything although I draw the line at hallmark movies.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The first time I flew on a plane, I jumped out... with a parachute.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Good stories, laughs, very basic cooking skills, help around the house. Cleaning, heavy lifting, etc.
