-I've done solo skydiving and felt the world disappear while I fell through wet clouds and played with others in the air
-I experienced doing a mantra where I didn't need to breathe, the sound just kept coming, super weird
-I practiced Chi Gong and sat in Temezcal (sweat lodge) in the mountains of Mexico
