I have done a 95 day juice fast to cleanse the mind, body and soul. I dug deep within myself and found a profound connection of all living things. Everything is truly connected as one in the vast cosmic universe. Also on day 50 of my juice fast, I participated in two nights of ayahuasca ceremonies. These experiences have had profound effects regarding my outlook on life.
