I'm a filmmaker working in the Connecticut area. I love to travel and see the natural wonders of the world. Still I enjoy the big cities and all they have to offer. I'm fascinated by seeing different cultures and ways of life. I'm an easy going person and always try to stay open minded.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I would love to meet new people as I travel to get a more fulfilling experience of the places I visit by seeing them with people who live there. Also to save money using Coachsurfing while traveling. I would love to accept guests as well but my current living situation doesn't allow it. Hopefully in the near future I will be able to.

Music, Movies, and Books

My taste in music varies including Rock, Hip Hop, Rap, Folk, Indie, and Electronic. Including Pink Floyd, Outkast, Tribe Called Quest, Arcade Fire, MGMT, Bob Marley, Alt-j, Jay-Z, LCD Soundsystem, Daft Punk etc.

I love all kinds of movies but some of my favorites are Tree of Life, The Big Lebowski, Star Wars, Interstellar, The Dark Knight, Inception, Mr. Smith Goes to Washington, Biutiful, Place Beyond the Pines, Knocked Up, The Warriors, Scott Pilgrim, The Royal Tennenbaums.

Favorite shows, Twin Peaks, House of Cards, Game of Thrones, The Sopranos, The Wire, True Detective, and Community.

Love both fiction and non-fiction. Fiction favorites are To Kill a Mockingbird and War of the Worlds. I love reading books about science, philosophy, and meditation. Favorites include, The Pale Blue Dot, The Sacred Path of the Warrior, and Turning Your Mind Into an Ally.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of the most amazing experiences in my life was taking a cross country road trip through the U.S. I followed the same path my grandfather had taken on his own trip across the country in 1930. I never met him but having completed the same journey, I feel like we connected in a way that I never believed possible.
