Overview
About Me
I'm someone who has traveled extensively and worked in a lot of different settings. I worked for a wonderful magazine most recently called B Magazine which was about people using business as a force for good. Previous to that I was with Mother Earth News magazine for a few years on the events team. Before that I studied library science and information studies and taught English abroad. I really enjoy being with people.
Right now I am in the Berlin enjoying the great people and culture here and looking for deeper connections before heading on to Romania and maybe Ukraine.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am looking to deepen the contributions I make to a place that I visit because typically I've stayed in hostels (about 95 of them in 37 countries) and only get to meet other travelers that are not really connected to the local place. I'm particularly anxious to help people get to use English more and to introduce teas or creative ways to be more economical.
