Hi! My name is John and I'm from North Wales.
I'm currently travelling the world as a Ski and Snowboard instructor. I've lived in Canada and New Zealand so far and I'm looking to spend a year in Japan from October 2019.

I hate being stuck indoors, so I love hiking and generally being out in the mountains amongst nature and wildlife!
I'm also a big sports fan too, I've been to the 2014 Football World Cup and I'm planning on watching Wales in the Rugby World Cup in 2019.

I think staying with friends in a new country is the best way to see it, so I love hosting for my friends when they come over to Wales. Normally I'll take them to all the best places where the tourists don't go and keep everything super cheap aswell.

The best way to see any new place is to stay with local people.
I love showing people around where I live or where I've been, so I hope someone will do the same for me.
