Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Before making a decision about college, I want to see more of the world and to try to find what I am passionate about. I want to understand people (we are so mysterious and confusing!). I want to improve in other languages (spanish first). It seems to me that the best method of studying people, languages, and the world, is to travel. To have adventures. To meet people. To make friends. Couchsurfing, I've heard, is a great way to do all of those things.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

At 19, I moved to New York, survived by waiting tables, and volunteered on film sets. I lived there for about ten months.
