About Me

I love to travel and try new things. I am currently on exchange in Austria. Next semester I will be studying in England before returning to the US for my final semester as an undergraduate.
I have an easy-going personality and am always looking for the next adventure. I enjoy a wide variety of things from the outdoors and sports to listening to music and reading.

I would like to do a thru-hike of the Te Araroa before I am 25.
When I return home, I would like to take some classes on glass blowing.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To meet new people from around the globe!
A less basic response: to expand my horizons and do something I'm uncomfortable with. I enjoy meeting new people, but deep down, it feels intimidating meeting them and then staying with them. I'm excited to further explore this community!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Gosh... this is hard.
I've done the MS150 4 times. This is a bike ride from Houston to Austin (~175 miles / 281.6 km from our usual starting point) intended to raise money for the research of and eradication of Multiple Sclerosis. This ride has raised well over $1 billion since its inception in 1980.
I've done it with my dad and older sister (3 times) and dad and younger sister (1 time) on a triple tandem bike. That's 3 seats on 1 frame with 2 wheels! The ride is usually a good deal of fun and is all for a great cause.

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Croatia, Czech Republic, England, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Vatican City State

Countries I’ve Lived In
