About Me
I'm a 25 year old college graduate. I worked for 3 years in south America as an English teacher and I am currently living in Madrid working on my masters. I speak a handful of languages and I'm currently studying a master's in conference Interpretating.
I first got the taste of traveling on my own when I was an exchange student for a year in Japan. Then I got the travel bug and haven't stopped. I love languages, meeting new people and traveling gets me that thrill.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm all about meeting people while traveling, sharing stories and experiences and getting to know people from the place I'm visiting. Couchsurfing and other things that make you put trust in strangers really help you keep some faith in humanity.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
When I was 19 I had never traveled alone. I had always had a travel bug but I didn't have anyone to travel with. I bought a ticket to Mexico and went alone. I was so nervous. Was I going to make friends? Was I going to feel lonely the whole time? To my great surprise I barely spent a moment alone the whole trip. I now enjoy traveling by myself and the flexibility and endless possibilities that exist to meet people.
