About Me

I am a photographer and my photographic interests are architectural details, nature and light reflections on water. I did anthropology in Mexico and Guatemala. I have lived in rural and remote places, building my houses and gardening. I love cutting firewood and spending time around campfires. I love traveling and meeting interesting people.

Music - Mexican Son Jarocho, Boleros, Huapangos, and a variety of other Mexican music. I also like American Folk Music, Mozart and other good music.
Movies - Science documentaries and action/drama movies (for example the Bourne series).
Books - books on Mexican history and politics, history in general, and photography books for enjoyment and learning.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Lived to be 71 and still up for the adventure. Raised two great kids who are still glad to see me and we have a great time together.
