About Me

I like suggestions and making decisions with the info given; it's how I learn. Dancing the night away is one of my favorite exercises. I will eat anything (meant to be food. So no...I will not eat your work assignment thus allowing you to tell your boss, 'my couch surfer ate it'.) I like a level of organization; love playing tetris with my luggage, loading gear into a vehicle, actual Tetris, etc. I like getting ready for things, but I tend to be a procrastinator. I will debate anything until I realize there's no point in debating and I should find another hobby.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to be available to host travelers to this great place, and find hosts wherever I may be traveling in the future. Meeting locals in a new area who can give insight on the land, and perhaps a little conversation, is an immense boost to my traveling confidence. I like the practical: more friends = less enemies.

Interests

Music: love it (especially live), playing the bass, attempting to capture the beauty my eyes see on camera, the science of how things work, dancing, world views that differ from my own...

Music, Movies, and Books

Mu: Rubblebucket, Upholstery, Do Make Say Think, Run the Jewels, Aesop Rock...seriously almost any genre

Mo: anything Batman, sci-fi, thriller, comedy. I have a habit of watching bad movies to the finish because I just need to know how the story ends.

Bo: World War Z is my latest favorite but, honestly, I don't read a lot of books. Articles on new scientific discoveries, however...say goodbye to hours!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I just packed up and moved to the USVI from Philly. It's an interesting challenge to move somewhere I've never visited before and, ultimately, it has been a grand experience!

What I Can Share with Hosts

Good stories, some jokes, I can make you a meal out of whatever your kitchen provides, and my toothbrush(j/k...), and I make some banging popcorn(stove top, of course).

Countries I’ve Visited

Canada, Virgin Islands, British

Countries I’ve Lived In

United States
