Hello, my name is John Caruso and I AM the blogger/Time Traveler of AJourneyInALifetime.com. I began my journey on Nov. 8th 2011 were I started my adventure in Sarasota FL and bicycled to San Angelo TX. I AM on my way to California where I will climb Mt. Shasta, the second highest peak in the Cascades.
I took on this Journey for the soul purpose of discovering myself without name and form, to experience pure emptiness and the abundance of LOVE that all great spiritual books speak of.

I have had a few experiences couch surfing on this journey but had used my riding partners account at the time.

I hope I can develop good relationships here though I AM brand new.

As of today I have bicycle halfway across the USA and landed in West Texas. I have seen so many great places and met so many great people. From New Orleans to Lafayette LA, and the dry deserts of Texas dust. I have walked of glaciers in Alaska, swam with the dolphins in the Bahamas, and hiked up the mountains of Main in flip-flops.

I have seen strange objects in the sky and strange people of all kinds.

I Love my LIFE!!!

I can teach a person to become more aware of this moment. It is transformation and does not have to involve sitting quietly.

I AM also prophetic and can explain to you the language of the Boundless. A state of awareness where the world opens and unfolds in to you.

I have a theory of why we yawn and the benefits it brings to our lives, including survival.

Not only do I teach and share my experiences to the lessons, I also listen very carefully to you and learn from you just as much.
