About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To see all the world has to offer as many time as we can, throughout different stages in your life. As you'll always see it differently.
ABOUT ME
ABOUT US:
Suz and I are a positive, outgoing people, who are looking to bring interesting and like minded people into our new home. With the ultimate goal of being able to learn and experience difference cultures.
Suz is a social worker working with trouble teenagers and I am a builder/carpenter.
We both love being outdoors, playing in the garden or the shed, camping and hiking the many hikes around tassie.
PHILOSOPHY
If you're shy and hide who you truly are, then you're only making it harder for yourself to make good friends.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Suz and I hope to welcome travelers into our home in this beautiful state of Australia, providing a comfortable space to not only learn about the tassie way of life but also help plan your next steps in not only tassie but also Australia.
We hope to learn about you, your home life, your culture by good conversation, food and drink.
Interests
Any free time we get while the suns up will involve something outdoors and normally something physical or creative. Anything from hiking, running, riding etc... plus building and creating in our workshop.
At home we love to cook! especially for people that appreciate it or want to help. I guess this explains our attempt at building a huge veggie garden.
During the darker hours Suz and I do love to sit eat hummus and pate, drink a wine and beer, while talking rubbish, listening to tunes.
