forever a part time musician, these days I love working with homeless veterans in West LA as a social worker. Easy going, originally from Louisiana.

my 4 year old son, Finn, is my mindfulness teacher and my wife, Sarah, is my consigliere.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I always have enjoyed hosting big gumbo dinner parties - and think it's great that we can all collectively share some of our couch resources to encourage everyone going on more adventures. I think adventures, good food, laughter, and music are what make the world resonate.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm pretty new to the whole couchsurfing community, but used it for the first time a few years back when I made a trip out to Charlotte. So much more fun than staying in a hotel at the airport!

I want to see the world through the people that inhabit it. Hence, me and wife's vision to see as much of the world as possible and meet lots of cool people along the way :-)

Interests

I love jamming with new musicians (and non-musicians), it's so fun to connect in this way :-)

I'm always up for a Lagunitas or just a cup of green tea. I consider myself a life-long dreamer and my current obsession is the many forms of mindfulness as a therapeutic practice. I'm passionate about my work with homeless veterans and want to bring holistic practices to this community of amazing folks
