About Me
Current Mission
...to expore whatever holds the world together in its inmost folds - Goethe
ABOUT ME
I grew up in a small village at the edge of the world.
My main hobbies are sports and music but I´m interested in a lot of things e.g cooking, languages, motorbikes and history.
6 years ago I had the chance to go on an amazing journey around the planet and ever since the travel bug has been all over me. Now, I try to give something back to the community whenever I can...so when you're around feel free to contact me.
I used to work as an English teacher at ProCredit Academy and after that i went back to university to do a master's degree in International Security.
Fortunately, I got the chance to meet a lot of different folks during my travels and during my studies in Canada and Paris which allowed me to get insights into different cultures.
I would say that I'm mostly optimistic, always open minded, and on the weekends relaxed. It's probably fair to say that i am also a bit of a nerd.
Oh and i do value cleanliness and hygiene.
Anyway, I believe you can only grow when you are extremely aware of your surroundings. I really enjoy being around passionate people who are really enthusiastic about whatever, as long as it makes them happy. One of my goals in life is to build up lasting relationships rather than shallow "networks".
PHILOSOPHY
Watch your thoughts cause they will become your words. The words will eventually become your actions and the actions form your character.I believe in the good in man and I think the world out there is way better than many people think it is !
Mark Twain: "Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I've traveled around for 7 months and already I am extremely for what couchsurfing has enabled me to do. My Job in the language course has given me the opportunity to support travelers from all over and by that I can contribute to the community. I try to learn more about different countries and cultures and I like to share my life and thoughts with others. Unfortunately, my hometown is in the middle of nowhere which is ehy I do not receive many requests.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Not many experiences as a host so far unfortunately but the few that I had were just amazing and really affected my life.
As a traveler I had several experiences and nearly all of them were fabulous and sometimes even stuff for a movie.

COUCHSURFING
Teach, Learn, Share
I'd love to learn more about surfing and diving and it'd be nice to improve my music and language skills, as well as some basic skills in cooking, ironing and crafting etc.
