I'm a chill guy currently riding my bike from San Diego to St Augustine Florida. Quit my stressful job as a chef at a farm-to-table restaurant and am taking off on this adventure followed by a move back to Europe. I get down on cooking good food, trail running and hiking, climbing, and enjoying good company.
