Overview
About Me
I'm currently enrolled in university studying Architecture and Urban Design .
I travel mainly for cultural exchange, mainly to study local architectural design as well as native species of wildlife and plants. HOWEVER, I also enjoy going out on hikes, to museums, trying out local cuisine, visiting artisan markets, and even just hanging around listening to music
As far as hobbies go I practice film photography, I write (papers, contemplations, etc), and I'm currently trying my best to improve on my drawing and digital rendering skills. I'm always open to learn new things (practically anything really) and I always welcome exchanging stories, ideas, music, etc.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I recently found out about couchsurfing from a friend and I'm now trying to find accommodation for when I backpack from Jakarta to Tokyo.
I'm on Couchsurfing because I thought it would be a great opportunity to experience daily life in other countries, really feel like I'm at home staying with a local for a bit, and get great advice on places to visit and things to do from a good source. I also feel like the atmosphere would give me a great chance to work on my craft throughout the day.

Music, Movies, and Books
I mainly listen to Indie / Alternative (my favorite bands are Frankie Cosmos and Ian Sweet) but possibly the more common artists I listen to are The Beatles (especially John Lennon), Mac Demarco.
My music taste isn't limited to one genre, I know a little bit about most genres, nor is it limited to one language. I'm very receptive regarding music (please share music with me).
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Right out of high school I backpacked from Norway to Turkey, alone. Given, Europe was pretty easy considering the infrastructure - I would really like a challenge.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can exchange travel stories and music, as well as teach manual photography. I’m also open to recommendations for nearby hiking spots and rural communities to visit!
I am a very receptive person open to learning or discussing anything, I love to learn and see how different perspectives can enable me further insight on the subject matter.
