Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

The more I travel, the more I realize that we are all quite similar to one another, and the stereotypes which once supported ancient prejudices, are now slowly eroding as we start to cross paths more often. This is the main reason I got involved with CS.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couchsurfing is such a revolutionary way of experiencing other countries. I have "couchsurfed" many a times in Europe, although I was not a member of CS at the time. I also have hitch-hiked across the US and was so grateful to have friends who opened up their homes to me. While living in Cambodia, my wife and I met our best friends through CS. Now that NYC is our base, we are always open to meeting like-minded people!
