About Me

CURRENT MISSION

enjoy life and meet new people

ABOUT ME

I am a kind of life-discoverer, late beginner in life due to various reasons, who enjoys good company and to travel the world. In periods I work hard and have less time, but in other times I can spend more of my time with leisure activities.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am the kind of person who likes activities like pub evenings, local events. My mission is a bit to connect people...Also sense of humor is important for me. I perfectly enjoy the company of younger people as long as they respect me for the person I am.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My experience with couchsurfing is limited - I only hosted people once and surfed once in The Netherlands. So I hope to meet lots of nice and positive people as a couchsurfer:)

Interests

I like the things that brings action into life, may it be parties, scientific discoveries or large sport events, like the Tour de France! I feel more like going deeply into the things that interest me, rather than having a lot of surface-like experiences. I like to challenge myself with thrilling and demanding experiences, like visiting places that are uncommon, like Romania. Books films and museums are things I like to experience when I have some time left over...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I met an interesting, old Swedish couple once while travelling in a remote village in Italy. It was in the mountains where you don't expect to meet anybody really and they were travelling with an old-fashioned caravan. I have also visited quite an amazing cave (Grotta gigante) in the northeastern parts of Italy (Friuli). It was simply breathtaking!
