ABOUT ME

A nice day would look like this:

Wake up at my beach house while the sun rises. Have breakfast in the garden with my wonderful girlfriend. Then go for a swimm in the ocean, chill in the warm sun.
Go to work by motorbike and work on Bionics project to make our future a little brighter.

Come home, go cruising with my board and have a BBQ with friends. End up in a jam session and campfire. Get melancholic. Falling asleep while taking long exposure pictures of starry sky.

PHILOSOPHY

"One should treat others as one would like others to treat oneself."

If everyone would follow this Golden Rule, the world would definitley be a better place for all.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm in New Zealand since October 2011 for an internship and live at a homestay. It will be finished in beginning February and then I have two month for traveling round the south island. How awesome is that!
A friend told me about couchsurfing and I thought I should give it a try. I hope that I will meet a lot of nice people while couchsurfing.

Interests

I like to move myself. When I don't do sport for some days I'll get squirrelly. I love skateboarding, snowboarding and windsurfing most. Makes me feel energised and free.

It's fun for me to play with my guitar and other intruments like piano, didgeridoo or sansula. I'm not
good in playing them, but it helps me to relax and express my feelings.

I like to try new things and explore places where I haven't been yet. I enjoy to be in the nature especially at beaches and lakes. Usually I take my camera with me and try to capture the beauty which surrounds me.

Music, Movies, and Books

It's hard for me to state the best movie, the best book, the best food, best people or the best whatsoever.
It always depends on my mood and situation.

I like rock music to get up, hiphop for sport, electronic music for party, ambient to chill and silence for thinking.

I haven't read for a long time but a good book is "The Beach"

Forrest Gump is awesome and Matrix also.

Do you like pasta? I could show you how to fry pasta with a recipe of my mum. It's easy and delicious.
Or how to play sansula, a really nice and small instrument which I carry with me while travelling.
I can show you how to slackline when you visit me in Ilmenau. It's easy to learn and a lot of fun.
