When I first got on couchsurfing I was going through a serious travel phase in my life... now I live a quiet life in the woods. Most the traveling I do is in Mendocino and Humboldt.

I've surfed with people from all over the world, all walks of life, and have had a different/great experience every time... so far all positive.

As far as music goes... I can find something I like in almost any band/genre. I'm a little partial to singer/songwriters ... folky kind of stuff... eh, and anything Django Reignhardt/Ella Fitzgerld etc etc... and I listen to probably 10-20 hours of Gratefuldead shows a week.
