ABOUT ME

Please read through my profile and get to know a little bit about me before requesting to stay! (Especially this section). I won't respond to any messages that have been copied and pasted, I'm on here to form friendships and make some memories a long the way just like you :) I have wanted to travel the world all my life. I studied abroad in Europe and it was by far the best experience of my life. It was my first time out of the United States and I got to travel a little bit of Europe while I was there. I am very outgoing and love making friends and great memories.

I graduated from Oklahoma State University in December 2014 and am now enrolled at the University of Northern Colorado obtaining my Doctoral of Philosophy in Counseling Psychology. I absolutely love being in Denver and enjoying living close to downtown. I am always looking for new adventures and traveling when I get the chance to. Most of my traveling as of now will include trips around the United States. I spend most of my free time loving on my sweet puppy. I LOVE all animals and enjoy meeting peoples pets as much as I enjoy meeting their owners. I am very laid back and are up for anything. I fully trust my hosts in guiding my experiences and have been so thankful for all the kindness I have received over the years. Traveling has been the biggest inspiration of my life.

****A little about my P.I.C. (Partner in Crime), Kora. She is a mini Australian Shepherd, so that means hair, lots of hair everywhere. Of course I clean up the best I can, but know that you will be leaving and traveling with a little bit of Kora hair after your time here. She is two and a half years old so she has a ton of energy and will greet you by jumping on you at the door every time you come in. If you are not a fan of dog hair, high-energy dogs, or just dogs in general, my home may not be the best fit for you and your stay. I want all my guests to be completely relaxed and to enjoy their time in my humble abode, so that means no surprises. On the note of finding a good fit, it is Colorado and there is recreational smoking inside and around my apartment quite often. Please don't hesitate to ask any clarifying questions to make sure that you're time spent in our home will be worthwhile!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love getting the most out of my experiences. I think staying with locals is the best way to do that. I adore getting to know people and I try my best to gain friends everywhere I go. I have had nothing but amazing experiences with couch surfing and I hope that I can give back the community that has given so much to me!

Interests

I love experiencing new cultures. I enjoy learning new things and meeting new people. Music is one of my favorite ways to communicate with people. It doesn't matter what language people speak, through music all cultures can connect. In your request include your favorite artist/band, I would love to know! :D
