About Me

I'm a student from Malaysia currently studying abroad in Seoul, Korea. I love travelling and I do it a lot whether overseas or inside my own country. I'm very outgoing and very fond of making new friends. :D

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

One of my main reason on Couchsurfing is because I truly believe that exploring a place through the local's eye meets every traveller's expectation and sometimes could also fulfil one's desire to explore more than what are seen in television or books. Apart from that, it could also be a good way to make friends. :D

Interests

I love to cook and bake! Not very good in it but I love it. Apart from that, I love walking around and apparently getting lost in new places is something that I aim each time I move. Also, being a very outgoing and jovial person, I love to meet people and talk about anything with them.

Simple things like watching movies or hangouts in a cafe is also my interest. I also enjoy parties and karaoke. :P

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm into mainstream pop music and a little bit of Korean pop (Since I study in Korea).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Booked a trip to Europe in 2016! Went snorkelling in Vietnam (I'm not a good swimmer)! Went to Thailand without any proper plans but made it a really good trip!

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm fluent in 4 languages : my native language Bahasa Iban, Malay, English and Korean. Recently I've mastered basic French so je parle un peu français and currently self-learning German.

As for sharing, I'd love to share stories about anything especially about my culture since I belong to a native called Iban, which not many know of its existence! I'm open for everything thus conversation will always be fun.

Also I love to cook for other people. I always invite my friends over to my house and just cook for them and hang out. I'd definitely cook something for the host! No worries, it'll be delicious.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Definitely my experiences that I have while studying abroad and travelling and also, I'm good in cooking Asian food. :) I could also cook Malaysian food for the hosts!
