About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Build my online business while traveling to new places and searching for a place to call home.
Hey there, pleased to meet you!
I've been on the road and living abroad since I left Ireland back in May 2013. I had a chance to see the world and I took it, I've never looked back since.
In that time I've been on a solo trip across western Europe, the middle-east and Asia, spent a year living in Thailand on Koh Phangan island where I did my PADI Divemaster, spent another year in Australia on the working holiday visa and over the last year and a bit I've been moving back and forth between Thailand and Malaysia while creating a freelance writing business.
It's been a crazy few years, with lots of ups and downs, I owe a lot to the many good people that have helped me along the way. For the moment I'm working as a freelance writer which has opened a whole new world of possibilities and freed me from the 9 to 5 job grind. I expect to stay in Asia for some time yet, maybe do a TEFL course once I have the money saved for the course but we'll see. These day's I don't travel very much but just look for a good location to set up in for as long as I can. I'm definitely ready to settle somewhere for a while but as to where that will be remains an open question.
I'm pretty laid back. My life passions are Literature and History (mostly European) which I could talk about all day if you let me. Also love film, photography, and music (mostly old rock, metal, jazz and 90's hip-hop). I like to meet people with different views on things that I can bounce ideas around with or just someone who likes to drink and talk B.S all night, whatever you're into!
PHILOSOPHY
My life philosophy, if I had to break it down, is that life is short and we only have one chance to make the very most of it, for good or bad. Never stop learning or trying to be a better person.
