I love sharing adventures in nature with friends, new and old.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I am an adventuresome, generally outgoing, friendly person.
I enjoy meeting new people and learning about their world.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have done a lot of traveling, meeting people face to face.
One of the more memorable trips was hitch hiking, walking, and exploring around eastern and southern Africa.
I have stayed with one couch surfing host so far.
Interests
I Love to explore beautiful places in nature.
Sea kayaking and paddling on wild rivers are some of my favorite things to do.
I enjoy spending time with friends, new and old on adventures in nature.
Hiking in the mountains and deserts are also favorites of mine.
I do my best to find, harvest and grow some of my food wherever I go.

Going on long walks and paddles on rivers and oceans, multiple week and month..
Paddling in Glacier bay, Alaska
Doing survival trips in the canyons in southern Utah.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can share some about plants and their uses, especially about plants in the Pacific Northwestern states and in the tropical pacific.
I can share permaculure ideas especially Hawaii focused.
I teach survival skills and various crafts, such as shoe making, and hide tanning.
I am excited about learning more mbira songs.
I love to learn about beautiful places to explore and how to live more simply with the earth.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I love to share stories, ideas about gardening, homesteading in Hawaii and adventures in our beautiful wild areas.
I also love to talk story about mos things to do with bicycles and human powered boats, kayaks, packrafts, etc.
