I am a musician with a day job. I have a daily ashtanga yoga practice, so I get up early these days, and enjoy the outdoors, whether it's mountain biking, hiking, camping or kayaking on the river.

I watch the Ramayana and the Mahabarata at least once a year.

Music by Krishna Das, Harry Manx, Paul Simon, Aerosmith, JJ Cale, Ali Farka Toure, Mozart, Bach and Beethoven. I listen mostly to local indie acts and songwriters, many of whom are friends of mine.
