ABOUT ME

John is a 25 year old who likes hockey, football (soccer), reading, music of all sorts - blues, disco, hip-hop, funk, soul, afro and tropical rhythms. Right now he have many part time jobs - English teacher, dj, hockey goaltender, daycare instructor.

He is a dj in Canada and would love to play in Europe throughout his travels. Here is his music blog:

Brooke is a 22 year old who loves dancing, theatre and figure skating. She is extremely excited to explore new places and meet new people :)

Hmm, what else? We don't eat meat, eggs or dairy and love animals but try not to get preachy about it ;) We have yet to travel but will be starting on our first Euro trip in April 2011. We plan on month long stays in both Spain and Italy, with visits to France, Prague, Scotland, Ireland and England.

We would love to learn new languages or at least the beginnings of them, and perhaps traditional cooking from other countries. Also excited to soak up local knowledge about your home countries, from our lovely couch surfing hosts!

Between us, we can share our knowledge of Hockey, Vegan Cooking, Canada, English, Music History in Disco, Soul and Funk, Figure Skating, Theatre, Wine, and any other random knowledge we may possess. :)
