ABOUT ME

I'm a brazilian guy, 22 years old, that studies engineering. Therefore I ended up coming to Italy.

I love visiting different places, I love seeing different cultures, meeting people and watching their habits, and try to understand their living way.

I also love learning new languages, reading, watching films and series and listen to good music.

I'm a very family guy, I like sticking around with family and friends, make a barbecue, drink some beer, talk, the basic...

PHILOSOPHY

Life, liberty and the persuit of happiness. Yeah, that's from the US Declaration of Independence, but it sums up a great deal of the values I belive in.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Well, I've just signed up to CouchSurfing, although I have already stayed in some places with couchsurfing through some friends. Now that I signed up I intend to go to many places and meet nice people using couchsurfing. Of course, when possible, I'd love to host some people at my place.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love watching movies, this is a great passion for me. I generally watch all the good rated coming out from Holywood everyday hehe... but of course I have my preferences. As I tend to like things 80's, I actually like action films from the 80's and also 90's, you know, that violence oriented Stallone/Van Damme/Steven Seagal movies. I'm not able to elect my favorite movie too... I like so many of them. I also love suspense (not terror because I tend to laugh at them) and comedy. I also have a strange taste for documentaries... can't say much about it, maybe it's because I'm curious about almost everything.

With music it couldn't be different. I love pop and pop rock from the 80's and 90's. Also love rock, rock n' roll, even metal sometimes. I can't rule out some electronic, classical and brazilian music. Ranging from Depeche Mode to Pink Floyd, I truly listen to music almost everyday of my life.

Books. Well, I generally like reading history, politics and economics books. Yeah that's "uncool" I know, but I like it, period. I like learning from everything I read. But that doesn't exclude a good literature too. I read from classics like Doyle's Sherlock Holmes, to new ones like Dan Brown.
