I'm pretty laid back and am just as happy watching life roll by as I am juming into the middle of it. I'm open minded to just about everything and really enjoy learning about new views on life, love, politics, religion, anything really.

PHILOSOPHY

I think my main philosophy in life is not to stress about the little things and to just try to be happy with people.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I travelled Europe this past fall and met soo many awsome CSers. I thank them and the CS project for so many of my good times. I'm home now and looking forward to meeting a few new people and showing them my city.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Nothing but positive experiences. Greek hospitality is amazing. Meeting random CSers on the road and telling new people about the network then seeing them join has been a great part too.

Centres d'intérêt

I love to laugh- stand up comedy, movies, tv, good conversation, cheezy jokes, any of it. Give me a kitchen and I'll cook almost anything, you have to eat everyday, I try to enjoy it every time. Music- listening to it or making it, in all shapes and forms, especially stuff I don't already know about. Sports- I'll watch or play almost all of them. Mostly basketball, hockey, golf, and snowboarding. Right now I really want to see and experience more of the world. I have travelled my own country and feel great about seeing so much of it. I plan to travel through South America sometime in the future.

Currently reading 'Pride and Prejudice and Zombies' by Jane Austin/Seth Grahame-Smith and just finished 'The Fountainhead' by Ayn Rand. I normally have one serious book and one for entertainment on the go. My favorite book shelf would go The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings by Tolkien, To Have and Have Not by Hemmingway, The Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy by Adams, Galapagos by Vonnegut, The Catcher In the Rye by Salinger, High Fidelity by Hornby, The Watchmen By Moore/Gibbons, and any/all of Frank Miller's Sin City books.

Sublime and The Slackers are 2 bands I could listen to forever, but I like almost everything. Music is amazing, in all shapes and forms and is a daily part of my life. Notably; Frank Zappa, Dave Mathews Band, The White Stripes, Jimi Hendrix, The Band, The Doors, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Paul Simon, Johnny Cash, Otis Redding, Bob Marley, Jimmy Cliff, Desmond Decker, Toots and the Maytals, The Clash, Rancid, The Dropkick Murphys, Iron Maiden, A Tribe Called Quest, Jurassic 5, Notorious BIG, Snoop Dogg.

I'm also in to a lot of stand-up comedy. My top 5 read; Eddie Murphy ('Delerious' and 'Raw'), Rodney Dangerfield, Dave Chappelle, Mitch Hedberg, and Brian Regan.

There are movies I could watch at any time, day or night, even if I had just finished watching them. Some I can recite back to front, literally. - Pulp Fiction, The Princess Bride, Army of Darkness, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, The Hunt for Red October, Star Wars, Die Hard (1 and 3), Terminator 2, Airplane, Spaceballs, Half Baked, The Godfather (1 and 2), Goodfellas, Clerks, Mallrats, Jaws, Indiana Jones (1,2,3), Monty Python and the Holy Grail, and any James Bond Movie with Sean Connery, Roger Moore, Pierce Brosnan, and maybe Timothy Dalton... Connery is the real Bond though.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

I snowboarded through a storm going down Whistler Mountain. Riding first through the clouds of the storm, then through the falling snow. I've climbed 26kms around the mountains of Delphi, Greece trying to find the Altar of Apollo and ended up making my own.

Enseignez, apprenez, partagez

I know enough about baking and cooking to teach anyone the basics of a couple of dishes. I'm not a pro but I know my way around the kitchen. I also just became a bartender so if anyone wants a drink...
