About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I'm traveling the country looking for opportunities to help out where I can and have some fun along the way.

ABOUT ME

I just recently quit my job as a Phlebotomist(the needle guy at blood drives) and moved out of my apartment to start a new life somewhere in the states. I am leaving myself wide open to new destinations and opportunities. While on the road, I plan to help out where I can and meet as many great people as I can find. I'm easy to get along with. I love movies and music and solving all the world's problems over a pint. Hope couch surfing will help me accomplish all that I set out to do.
P.S. I'm from New York. Only way to get location verified while I'm now homeless is to send the postcard to my parents place.

PHILOSOPHY

The unexamined life is not worth living- Socrates

To alcohol: the cause of, and solution to, all of life's problems.- Homer... Simpson

Take every opportunity to get as much fun out of life as possible, even if it makes you look foolish.- me

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Since I am now technically homeless, I won't have a couch for anyone right now. As soon as I settle down, I'll be sure to have a couch waiting fo you.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've stayed with an amazing couple in Nashville, Tn, a globetrotter in St Louis, and a REALLY fun couple in Milwaukee. I'd highly recommend them to anyone. CS has been an epiphany. To have a network so grounded in trust work so well, I'm reevaluating the potential of my fellow man.
Note: Now I know it's vital to follow any instructions someone has in their profile for your surf request. And knowing is half the battle. (Yes, I went there)

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: I cried when Beverly Hills Chihuahua went number one in the box office. If you haven't seen Moon, do yourself a favor and check it out.
Music: bands I've found since I started traveling: Ferocious Few, Jonathan Tyler and the Northern Lights (love live music)
Books: Just talked Chuck Palahniuk(Fight Club, Survivor) with someone at the bar last night

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Skydiving in Australia. Greatest experience of my life!
Endured Bonnaroo 2010. Had a blast. Drank Wap in a strangers basement after closing down the bar in Milwaukee(explanation upon request).

Teach, Learn, Share

Be wide open. Couch surfing really is an experience in itself rather than just a means to an end. It's hard to meet great people in a lonely hotel room.

Countries I’ve Visited

Australia, Austria, Germany, Italy, Netherlands
