ABOUT ME

Johnny was born in Washington, D.C. and relocated seven times in his childhood between Greece, Japan, D.C., and New York, traveling to myriad countries in the interim. He previously worked in the tourism industry in Japan & Costa Rica, and attended graduate school in three European countries studying sustainable tourism management. David was born in Half Moon Bay, California and was raised in Oregon and Idaho before studying Documentary Filmmaking in Southern California. During his university studies, he made documentaries in the US, England, India, Mozambique, and Singapore. He has worked at various filmmaking entities, but has since began pursuing his true passion for organic farming and agriculture. He is currently interning on an urban educational farm in Portland, Oregon, learning the tricks and trades of the small-scale organic farming world.

We were set-up in 2015 through a family introduction, and together love meeting new people, expanding our horizons, and smiling all along the way :)

Through being together, we hope to dispel preconceptions about gay relationships and shatter homophobia through understanding and discussion.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We have had excellent Couchsurfing experiences thus far in Singapore, Australia, Finland, the US, and Scotland, and now seek hosts throughout all our future travels! As couch surfers, we are organized, amiable, respectful of hosts' private lives and spaces, and always willing to adjust our schedule around theirs.

We are both non-smokers, social drinkers & veggan (vegan +eggs)
