About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Building small environmentally friendly homes. Helping people overcome disease through food, exercise, and mind.

ABOUT ME

I have travelled some,
Canada, all over the US, east coast of Australia, all over Mexico incl. Baja but not Yucatan, Costa Rica, Nicaragua, Japan, Phillipines, Maui
I love being outside. I rock climb, surf, hike, fish, but while I'm in Nashville I mostly skate. This is really a laim description, anywho, kind of tapped out on the describing myself to the internet with facebook myspace and all that, I think I'm really ready to get out of the house today, so maybe I'll update this later. But, really, I'm super rrrad!! Schweeet!! ;)

PHILOSOPHY

Well, we just met, but I'll say, I think we are all doing pretty much the same thing when we stop and put it all in perspective, so cutting everyone some slack because they are struggling in there own way seems to feel the best. Mostly, I think life is beautiful.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Mi casa, es su casa as long as su casa es mi casa when I need it.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Road some couches at friends places but never through this site. Beats the hell out of paying.

Interests

Food, health, exercise, mind, and balancing the whole shebang

  • fish
  • dining
  • exercise
  • fishing
  • hiking

Music, Movies, and Books

Books mainly: The Fountain Head by Ayne Rand, Illusions by Richard Bach, Macrobiotics by George Ohsawa, The China Study, etc...
Lounge music: think Groove Armada not Robert Goulet

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I once rescued an entire orphanage from a yeti when I was in Tibet.

Teach, Learn, Share

Wow. Great idea.
I can teach a lot about making homes energy efficient and healthy on the cheap or expensive.
I can also teach someone how to cure themselves from disease through lifestyle changes.
....and I can be a know it all about a lot of other stuff too but I'm not offended when I have to be told to shut the hell up. Matter of fact, I don't think I can be offended period.
