I am born and raised in Athens of Greece but my origin is from Albania. Currently I am doing my bachelor in Lithuania (Biology) & during the studies I am trying to find alternative destinations to travel to new places, meet new people & learn more things about their culture, traditions and the way they live and how or if this differs a lot from my country.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I would like to have an alternative option of staying in a new place rather than just book a hotel, as getting to meet the locals in their home you learn & understand more about the culture of the specific country, their traditions, beliefs & if they differ a lot from ourselves.
Of course I could not deny that saving some money as you are a student is a motivation to use this app but still not the only reason, as apart from that, I have heard many positive stories from friends that they traveled & mentioned me what I have written above and they enjoyed this way of traveling rather than book a hotel.

I listen to all kinds of music from rock/metal to folk just it depends on my mood what type I will listen.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love doing sports so if you enjoy cycling or any other sport I will join for sure even if it is something new for me.
